De Mulder Reusel

Project De Mulder, where VGDB acted as the main contractor, was realised in just 15 months. This luxury new-build project in the south of the country consists of 44 modern rental apartments, each with a lift, storage, and parking space. Our involvement began from the first design to the delivery, where we were responsible for the entire construction from A to Z. The complex meets all modern standards, with solar panels and heat pumps ensuring fully electric and energy-efficient heating. The high finish quality is another feature of this project, with underfloor heating, fully tiled bathrooms, and complete kitchens making the apartments a luxury living experience.
