Where it used to be purely about sustainability, the concept of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) now encompasses all aspects of corporate social responsibility. Naturally, we aim for minimal environmental impact, but we also want to do the right thing for our people with excellent, safe working conditions, fair pay, and a focus on vitality and job satisfaction.
